"We ended up paying for breakfast even though it had said included when booking. When asked we were only told to go to the restaurant on the 5th floor so we did and that was not where the included breakfast was located apparently. "

"The hotel was beautiful. However my room was just okay, the tv came on but did not have internet or cable service and the remote did not, I also found stains on the back of my door and on the floor that looked like blood. I asked staff and they nicely stated they would come check our TV and clean the stain. No one came to our room, my spouse then asked new staff that was at the front desk and the staff gave him Lysol wipes to clean the stain. We still had no TV so we checked out early morning."

"The room was clean. The couches in the living room area had stains and rips. That was my only issue but not enough to damper the stay. Overall the stay was great and the staff was very accommodating."

"Very clean and eclectically decorated. Loved the woodwork and retro stylings. It was a very unique style that was great compared to cookie-cutter modern chains. A great place with easy access to Inner Harbor and Federal Hill. Super close to both stadiums. "

"We weren’t able to check in until 6pm. We were able to go to the pool while we waited. But there were no towels. The people we dealt with were very professional. But it was still disappointing "

"Upon arrival, there was only one washcloth provided in the room for two guests. We requested additional washcloths at check-in, but after waiting approximately two hours, housekeeping delivered extra towels instead. We had to request washcloths again after we had already showered and were preparing to leave for the evening. Additionally, the room temperature was set to 80°, and we had to wait for staff to come and turn on the air conditioning. There were also no remotes in the room upon arrival. We had to request remotes for both rooms we reserved, and one of the remotes did not work properly. It required multiple staff members attempting to fix the issue, which was not resolved until around 10:00 PM—leaving us with very limited time to relax and watch TV before going to bed. Once we returned from our evening out at the comedy show, the second room on our reservation was hot and had to request to have this fixed. It was upsetting due to the fact that my in-laws were staying in this room and my father-in-law is currently in chemotherapy and was having a difficult time breathing. We also had to go down to the front desk several times in person to follow up on these concerns, which was inconvenient. I would like to note that the front desk staff were courteous and did their best to assist us throughout these issues. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to the repeated inconveniences. "

"I've stayed at several hotels in different cities, but this one was the worst ever. There was a convention going on and it made the hotel very busy. That wasn't the problem though. First off there was no coffee offered in the lobby in the mornings. The hotel needs some updating in the rooms. It's a old hotel I understand that, but there was barely any hot water, the room was either to cold or too hot (ac didn't kick in at all), the bathroom toilet broke in the middle of the night, the shower curtain was falling apart, and the mini fridge did not work well. Everything I ordered from the restaurants were subpar, not to mention I waited 40 minutes for a Fish and chips only to be told they sold out. I still can't wrap my head about that. I don't understand how you can order something, wait 40 minutes, then told it's sold out. Some employees were super nice, while others were very rude. My whole experience was negative. "
