Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
Front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming, the only nice customer service and where we felt comfortable was in the morning for breakfast and dinner. Other than that rest of the staff wasn’t very welcoming or nice. we try to spend most of our time out of the hotel due to not feeling welcomed

It’s a beautiful place to stay right by the beach. The only bad thing is that this place doesn’t clean the room so if your staying for a few days be prepared to clean your room.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Food at the buffet was ok, the ala carts were better but the reservation process was frustrating. Pool bar wasn’t open as advertised.
