"Everything was great! Check-in was easy and on time. The room was clean and tidy, and it was exactly as expected with a partial ocean view. Expedia gave us a great benefit by offering an add-on that included breakfast and a free show ticket. The only thing that could be improved is reducing the parking fee. Overall, the experience was very good."

"5 star for the location, luau, and staff. We came here for my husband’s birthday. The luau in the hotel was amazing!!! Thank you for singing for my husband’s birthday :) The location is close to the beach, to the mall, and to restuarants. The only thing I didn’t like was the beds. The bed was SO SOFT that we were getting lower back pain in the morning, otherwise I highly recommend this hotel . "

"Staff was amazing! Room was clean and better than expected, didn’t know I would have a view of the ocean and I got to sit out on the patio to watch the whales. They were great with giving us extra things like laundry soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. Valet team were all wonderful and kind to my family! Will definitely come back to this beautiful property, the pics serve no justice on how marvelous it is. "

"This was my third time staying here because we love it so much. Location, view, staff, cleanliness is all perfect. We love that we can sit on our balcony in the morning and watch the ocean and in the evening. we leave our room and go right next-door for shopping drinks snacks but we spend most of our day on the beach or by the pool. The room is very well equipped for everything that you need to make it your home."
