"Amazing experience. Good service. Polite staff. Highly recommended. We spent a nice time in hotel which really looks like a castle or luxury mansion with cosy warm nicely decorated rooms, strong showers, clean bedding and towels, memory foam mattresses, fridges full with free beer and water, some snacks. Personally us, we had a balcony window with a lovely view to the garden and river Themes(balcony door can be a bit opened for fresh air). Walkable to main sightseeings and underground. "The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room was well appointed. The staff was excellent - helpful with travel information and directions, courteous and friendly. There was a comfortable lounge with coffee drinks and tea available at all times. The hotel is well located, just off Trafalgar Square, with easy access to several Underground lines, and within easy walking distance to many popular sightseeing destinations and several theaters."
