"Proximity to shopping mall Staff friendly and helpful Parking availability This is second time in two months that i chose this place… real value for money you pay"

"The lobby was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. The rooms very outdated even the so-called updated rooms had furniture I would guess from the 80s and just an average to below average condition."

"Ok bgt"

"Nice place with friendly staff"

"I have enjoyed a wonderful night ULTIMA Guest House"

"Utk showernya kurang berfungsi...dan saraoan kurang enak"

"Fantastisch"

"Nice new boutique hotel.."

"Hotel is well located far from the bustling main streets, hence I don't hear any vehicle movements during my 2 nights stay. Frontline staff was also able to communicate in basic English. My room is kept decently clean. However if I could change something about the hotel, it would definitely be better soundproofing because I could totally hear the conversations, door opening sounds from the lobby. But if you aren't a light sleeper, then it shouldn't affect u too much. Otherwise, do bring your own...

"More improvement on room cleanest"

"Toilet very dirty and smell of fungus, ants. I will not recommend this hotel to someone else. I should get some discount or rebate on this."

"not so good.. no AC in bedroom, AC only 1. no Wifi."

"Teribble...we can't check in and we got our time wasted. We cannot communicate properly to the owner. They said they will send their roomboys.. but we waited for more than 5 hours, but they didnt come. I had to sign up for a new hotel. I hope we could get back our payment because we've paid but got nothing in return. This was the worse experience we have ever had. Please do something about this."
