Beds were clean, but the room was small and doesn't feel cosy. The key card didn't work the first time and the door was difficult to open. Safe was provided but there are no batteries to operate it. The 4 star rating is mainly for the fantastic location, where it is located just beside Paskal 23 Hyper Square which is super convenient and there are a lot of restaurants around. It is also near the Bandung train station.

My heart belongs to this hotel… The whole team and staff treated us as if we were from a royal family. They even remembered our name. The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the Bandung train station and center of the city. Amenities are well provided and the room is very well attended. We enjoyed staying here. The only minor issue is that the room does not have good soundproofing. We could hear the dawn prayer calls at 4 am from the mosque nearby and the sound of water running from the room next door.

Excellent location but bad management

We stayed in the premium floor with lounge access. The room is small and dirty. The shower handle is loose and can’t be adjusted. The aircon is too cold and the temperature can’t be adjusted. The worst thing is the water is dirty and brown.

The carpet was so dirty; a 2-star hotel would have better carpet. The towels are old and worn out. Overall it was not a 4.5-star hotel. This is not a property that should have the Crowne Plaza name!
