I am travelling a lot, all over the world. Considering the price of this hotel, I would like to recommend this one "the world best hotel". I already have almost 3 Million Mileage in airflight, showing a long experience for hotel and airlines. The most important thing is that the employees at the hotel are very well trained and working very cheerfully. It is amazing how the owner has made them work like it, even if the salary is not so high in Bandung area. As a businessman I am trying to learn the system (management, employee training, and operations) and training. How can you make them to work hard for Guest. Many times, in Jakarta, Manila, Thai, etcs, I am encountering so many long faces in the hotels and various organizations. It seems that they are very unhappy and they are angry with their salary, welfare, and systems. But, in this hotel, how can you make them look very happy and work diligently, even though their salaries are not so high, compared with others. It is a mystery to me. I have to learn the secret.

Excellent location but bad management

We stayed in the premium floor with lounge access. The room is small and dirty. The shower handle is loose and can’t be adjusted. The aircon is too cold and the temperature can’t be adjusted. The worst thing is the water is dirty and brown.

Just spent a few days at Crown Plaza in Bandung and had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly staff : Julius at the front desk who took care of our concerns, Ryan and Jasmine at the executive lounge who were very friendly , always greeting us with smiles and kudos to the kitchen staff who served up delicious food in the evening. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the Bandung train station and center of the city. Amenities are well provided and the room is very well attended. We enjoyed staying here. The only minor issue is that the room does not have good soundproofing. We could hear the dawn prayer calls at 4 am from the mosque nearby and the sound of water running from the room next door.

施設は綺麗でした。マイナスポイントとして一点有ったのは、窓ガラスへ全面謎のフィルムが貼られており、また貼り方が雑で空気が入っており、景色がクリアーに見れなかった事ですかね。 でも全体的には満足でした。

ホテル近く徒歩5〜10分に飲食店通りはありますが、ホテル内には(滞在時)レストランが夜に開店していないので、軽く飲食出来る環境でなかったです。ただ、ホテルのスタッフもフレンドリーで快適な滞在になりましたので、概ね宿泊して良かったと思います。

Best service

It was a nice experience, have a little problem with our room on the first night, but it was solved immediately. The hotel’s staffs are very friendly, they always give warm greetings and very helpful.

Centraal in Bandung

Prima hotel, grote kamer, badkamer met douche en bad, hulpvaardige medewerkers, duur in het verzorgen van tours (gebruik Grab per uur veel voordeliger), uitgebreid ontbijt, ligging zeer centraal. Om de hoek is de zeer gezellige Braga. Iets verder op loopafstand liggen veel historische koloniale gebouwen.

Not a 4.5 star hotel - not even a 2.5 star

The carpet was so dirty; a 2-star hotel would have better carpet. The towels are old and worn out. Overall it was not a 4.5-star hotel. This is not a property that should have the Crowne Plaza name!
