"Nicely decorated room with ocean view. Enjoyed the hot tub and being on the beach. Laundry room on each floor was helpful. Loved hearing the waves from our room and watching whales from the balcony. "

"5 star for the location, luau, and staff. We came here for my husband’s birthday. The luau in the hotel was amazing!!! Thank you for singing for my husband’s birthday :) The location is close to the beach, to the mall, and to restuarants. The only thing I didn’t like was the beds. The bed was SO SOFT that we were getting lower back pain in the morning, otherwise I highly recommend this hotel . "

"Great room size. Clean and up to date. Amazing view. The Hyatt Vacation Club is better than the main hotel. Pools are better, rooms are bigger - I mean, you get a full kitchen. Which also saves money when you cook because restaurants are so expensive there. If we stay in Kaanapali again, we’ll stay here again."

"Hands down the best place to stay in Maui they are clean and large rooms. And location is perfect at the same time nice and quiet. I travel a lot and I would say this is on my top 3 list if not first. "
