"We arrived early before our 3 pm check in and my Son was severely jet lagged. Germaine was working at the front desk and he took great care to make sure we had a quiet place to sit on the 2nd floor to wait for an available room to open up early. Germaine was extremely kind and went out of his way to notify us when a room opened up early. We were so grateful to be welcomed with extreme care and concern and a lovely and spacious room! Aparthotel Adagio is right next to the train station, right on the main square with all of the restaurants and stores and right around the corner from Saint Catherine district. We couldn't have had a better location to be right in the middle of all of the action. It is the middle of the City, so you will see all kinds of people of every walk of life, but we never felt unsafe. The front desk staff was always top notch and friendly and we are forever appreciative of the extremely kind and professional assistance of Mr. Germaine. If we are ever in Belgium again, we will be staying with you."
