"The "Hotel" is actually a set of apartment rentals in a very large, gated condo development being built on a supposedly protected coastline in Basilicata. Substantial sections of the development appear unfinished or abandoned. The apartments are large, air conditioned and well furnished and ideal for a week-to-month beach stay with children. "Hotel has an amazing location. Breakfast is exquisite and rooms are very comfortable. Location of the hotel is PERFECT and it has an amazing view. Please have in mind that front desk of the hotel closes (we were not told and we were surprised when no one was in the front desk starting 8pm). You have to coordinate the transportation to the parking lot the day before so dont forget! "

"The hotel was located just outside the main town area but was a short walk. Parking is an issue. Very nice breakfast and view across the street. Our room was quite warm because they changed the air system to heat. We enjoyed our stay otherwise."
