"Arrived before 11pm, exhausted after a long hard drive!
Total confusion as there are two separate Hotels with the same name!
Security guard showed me and let me in the underground car park but on check in was told it was the other hotel, same company but the other side of a busy road!
I’m disabled and on crutches carrying my bags. The kind security man escorted me across to the other hotel!
Redemption!
The receptionist had been expecting me, handed me my electronic key but then said he could switch me to a ground floor room. There was a lift but he said this would be better for me as it had a disabled friendly bathroom!
He carried my bags and checked out the room, went and got me a bottle of water and some chocolate!!!
I was out like a light!
Well done that man… 👍💕"
"The property was within the reach of the place where I had work to do. The vicinity of the hotel is rather busy but I found a nice place to run close to it. "
