Wir haben heute den 08.08.2025 eingecheckt und waren in dem Zimmer 214.
Das Zimmer war benutzt, und nicht gesĂ€ubert, gebrauchte HandtĂŒcher lagen am Boden, kein Klohpapier, das Bett war benutzt und dreckig, die KĂŒche und gebrauchtes Geschirr lagen noch in der Wanne, und eine Kiste voller Pfandflaschen.
Wir hatten ĂŒber den WhatsApp beschwert, und am gleichen Abend unter Nummer: 040229253000 einer Dame angerufen, leider konnte Sie und an dem...
"A wonderful capsule hotel! Great staff, very clean! Absolutely would stay here again. Good pricing and very close to the Hauptbahnhof. The area surrounding gets a bad wrap. As a solo female traveler I exercised more caution late at night, but never felt unsafe. Donât be stupid, and stay aware/trust your gut and youâll be fine. "

"The rooms were decent. Very clean. The hotel itself was great with a very large dining area for breakfast and a small bar for alcohol. The only thing was in the description it says it has a laundry facility for its guests. It does not. But the staff were quick to show me where one was and it was a shade under 3km. Not a big deal but a bit of a p!ss off. Still great place highly recommend "

"The rooms are great. View is great. Many good places to dine nearby. Train station right by the hotel. If possible take train to Hamburg. If by car, park the car by the hotel and take public transportation around the city.
The breakfast buffet is a must have. It is superb.

"The hotel was nice, in an excellent condition. The cleaning staff seems to be somewhat rude, as we found our items thrown around the bathroom after their visit; they also seem to have shake our suitcases while moving them around, as their content was not in the order we left it. The area around Berliner Tor station was turned into a massive construction ground, which made the access to the hotel very inconvenient. "
