"the furniture in the room is scratched up, gouges in the furniture. The bed was a spring mattress, and pillows were fine for a good night sleep. The air/heat sounded like airplanes landing and taking off all night. We did find some super employees giving us help with whatever we had questions for, or mostly, how to get back to our elevator to get to our room."

"Usually a great experience However the floor directly above us was under construction at 7 am we were woken up by pounding. This after not sleeping because my son had chlorine poisoning the pool was so overly chlorinated he broke out in hives. I was offered to take off resort fee however I believe a comp room for one or two nights would have been a better move to get me back in hotel and have a more pleasant experience. I left with a horrible headache sick kid and lost two nights that was supposed to be relaxing "

"Rooms are not cleaned properly. Dog pee on the bathroom wall. Several things broken in room including coffee machine. No usb plugs .Elevators and hallways filthy. Looks like a lot of people live there."
