Room was spacious and clean, kitchenette with full size fridge and stovetop. Tv had an actual channel guide (a plus for me ) and access to stream Netflix. Hot tub was hot and pool appeared to be heated although I didnt check it. Breakfast was just ok... eggs were watery and there was no toast on either day. There is a shopping center with a Walmart and various fast food places just down the block. Area and parking felt safe, hotel is basically brand new. Staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy.

We booked it on their 3rd day open and Expedia overbooked the rooms. Luckily the manager managed to find us a room but it did take a while. Staff were great through the process though.
