" I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia from July 3rd to July 6th while attending the NAM (National American Miss) pageant, and everything about the experience was fantastic. The hotel was clean, quiet, and felt very safe—important when you're traveling for an event like this. I really appreciated how walkable everything was; the location is excellent with nearby shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. Despite being so close to conveniences, the area still felt calm and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. Customer service was great throughout—everyone was helpful and professional, making sure guests had everything they needed. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel handled the busy pageant weekend with ease. I would absolutely recommend the Crowne Plaza Ravinia to anyone attending an event in the area or just looking for a safe, well-located place to stay in Atlanta. I had a great experience and would definitely come back!"

"Check in was extremely fast and the front desk receptionist personnel were very helpful, courteous and professional. The property was immaculately manicured. The pool was crystal clean with very generous pool hours and an abundance of pool side table and chairs. The room and bathroom was spotless. The air conditioner froze us out in the month of July. The room was equipped with refrigerator, microwave, large screened tv, coffee machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. The room staff were very helpful and courteous. I felt very safe in my room and walking about in the evening. Very quiet and cozy. I will definitely make my future reservations at Brick Lodge."

"The room was spacious. We enjoyed having a microwave and refrigerator since we had food to heat up after our concert. The shuttle driver that took us to Ameris amphitheater was friendly. On both ways to the concert and pick up we didn’t wait but a minute or two so that was great. I would stay here again if I was going to Ameris amphitheater this is the closest Hyatt Place to the venue. One thing that they could improve on is the speed of the elevators going down seem to take a while."

"After a 12 hour drive, the hotel was like an oasis - beautiful and refreshing. We were too tired to go out but the bar and grill had excellent food, great service, and a very cool vibe. Property was immaculate, front desk welcoming, and the beds high quality. Would definitely stay here again. "
