Of course, I had to make things interesting and somehow managed to accidentally leave my pocketbook back in NC. 😂🤦🏽♀️ How I did that, I still don’t understand! Being states away with no pocketbook could have easily turned into a stressful situation, but thankfully, the gentleman at the front desk, Roberto V., was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient, and helpful during my check-in and even took the time to explain all the places nearby where I could use Tap to Pay. That kindness truly made a stressful situation so much easier!
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. You can definitely tell that great customer service is important here.
I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back in the future! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with an amazing staff and great service, I highly recommend staying here! ❤️
