We had an absolutely brilliant time staying at the Explorer Hotel for our first ever holiday to France and Disneyland Paris! From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. The hotel is fun, family-friendly, and full of character — perfect for kids and adults alike. The pirate-themed play area was a huge hit with our little ones, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal — just a short shuttle ride to Disneyland, which made getting to and from the parks super easy. After a day of Disney magic, it was lovely to come back to a hotel that kept the fun going. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. "The reception staff are very helpful and exceptional , easy access to Disney and local transport , shopping mall just a 7 min walk and lovely clean area . Beds are not great but the rooms are excellent overall good experience would come again , only flaw the beds are cheap and keep moving as they are just sofa beds but besides that room clean , spacious and nice experience. Would use this hotel again l. "

"One of the beds was squeaky and uncomfortable The safe didn’t work, wasn’t happy that there wasn’t a fridge in the room Hôtel needs an update on the decor also Beautiful lobby, staff were friendly and good location to the parks, due to time in the parks we didn’t get to relax and enjoy the resort "
