"Great location, easy access to the train for service to the city of Paris and Disney. Hotel was quiet and clean and complimentary bag storage for the day after checkout while we spent the day at Disney before heading into the city."

"Lovely hotel, very spacious room for a family of 3. Clean and fairly modern. Parking was free which was brilliant and always found a space. Very close to disneyland which is why we stayed there. Only negative was the breakfast, one of the staff ladies were rude. They had no hot food, only beans and eggs. For €15 each, the variety was really poor. The staff were also clearing everything away as we was still sitting there eating!"

"You need to fix the tiling in pool area as very unsafe- very slippery and one of our party fell hard with nobody helping out - everybody saying someone else needs to be notified- told pool staff A told front desk - told nothing can be done as no ambo or police call - not acceptable"

"This Hotel is basic but they go to an effort to decorate it with fun Disney theming. We drove there but the carpark was €15 for one night. It’s a good location but be aware that there is no safe and no kettle in the room. There is no free luggage storage either. Breakfast is manic, busy, crowded and loud at weekends and it was hard to find a table. There are no hot food items at breakfast, but since breakfast is included that’s OK. The room was basic but adequate. The price is good value for the room. The shared shuttle bus is a nightmare at peak times but we had a car luckily."

"Amazing hotel, all of the staff were so kind and helpful. Our little one became unwell on the journey to France and the staff couldn’t have helped more, as soon as we got to the hotel the receptionist noticed he looked poorly and called a medic, who arrived within a few minutes, they helped call the doctor for us, provided a fridge in the room for his antibiotics and booked taxis for us. We couldn’t have been more grateful to them. They were all so friendly, helpful and genuinely caring and do as much as they can for the guests. The hotel itself is lovely, it’s nice and spacious, the character meet and greets were regular, there was always someone there for the kids to have pictures with and say hello to. We loved it so much we are already planning our next trip back. Thank you for an amazing holiday."

"Room was large, clean, nice. A bit less disney than i imagined for disneyland and for price. Expected to see some characters around really nothing. Had to "book time" with a princess and was not told at start, but we managed to get last open space... that was memorable for the daughter and wife. Breakfast was good although the staff an entrance were bit formal and annoying to my feel. we arrived at 9.30 and i had some questions about allergies were made to wait with a condescending tone a bit. Given some book of allergies which is AMAZING that its all documented but spent 20 mins trying to pinpoint what food is where in list instead of enjoying breakfast before checkout so food was nice overall but my experience of having to browse slowly while all family basically done was not fun. Maybe Put logos/nums on food tags instead? Entrance area v nice but again you enter hotel.. people there ask you to check you are from hotel. To me felt a bit passive aggressive (eg not 'welcoming but checking') as if i dont look the part.. although they relax when they see you are. Anyway hotel is nice, location is top and most staff (maps, checkin/out and luggages etc) were v nice as was food overall but other staff were a bit condescending to me and I expected more disney feel and characters (just 1 character n only if booked). Wont hurt you if mickey said hello during breakfast 10 mins it is disney I ASSUMED i would see a mickey!! Still, nice place for sure and top location!"
