"We stayed for 2 nights and it was lovely. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our little one. Dinesh and Karim especially stood out through our interactions and from little things like holding the door open while we entered to assisting us to use the kitchen microwave and freezer, no request was too big and was always met with a smile. The breakfast spread was lovely. As someone who prefers alternatives to an English breakfast, the omelette made to order was a welcome change. The rooms were clean and the bathroom spotless. Huge win in my book. "

"I love the tunnel that runs from terminal four to the hotel. I wish I had known about it prior to checking in. Google maps did not do a great job of getting me to the hotel. It would've been so much easier walking above the street in the Tunnel."

"I was only at the hotel 12hrs but had a good dinner and slept well. My only disappointment was that I left my water bottle on the dinner table and came back 5 mins later and no one knew where it was!! That bottle cost me 40 pounds!!!!"
