Marlow is such a beautiful town and the hotel is a great location however the customer is like nothing else. Just beware and if you have any issues resolve them whilst there.
"The hotel was exactly what's needed before a holiday. Close by the airport, travel information to get to the terminals. The room was near enough in perfect condition. Air conditioning took a while to cool down the room, so we did need to crack open the window. There was a small issue with the bathroom door, I've passed on the feedback to the hotel staff.
Staff were very attentive, provided clear instructions, check in was smooth and the lobby area had a perfume aromatic scent to it, which is a really nice touch. The bed was comfortable and spacious! Shower pressure was good, the water heats up fast. Internet speed was steady and stable, able to enjoy browsing on the phone and tablet with no issue. Window shut keeps all the noise out of the airport but it was actually quite relaxing to the aeroplanes take off and land.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely use this hotel next time using Heathrow airport!"
"Nice Hyatt for one night. Great check-in. Forgot my converter so front desk let me borrow one. Nice dinner (salmon dish + friend got the chicken). Both dishes were nice as was the Chardonnay. Be aware the bus from terminal 5 only comes once an hour (25 minutes past the hour) so we ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was £20. "

The phone in the room didn’t work very well when I tried to order dinner using room service.
