"It's a very nice place if you have small kids as the can hang out in the pool. The location is very good as you're at walking distance from Chateau Frontenac and Vieux Quebec."

There are dumbbells up to 50 pounds. There are two free benches. The sauna is large and coed. The pool is large enough for 3 lanes and maybe 4. 3. Security: There was always staff at the front. Keys are needed to use the elevators. 4. Proximity to tourist attractions: It's a 25 minute uphill walk from here to Old Montreal tourist attractions. I took a cab each time to get there. Cabs arrived in less than 5 minutes each time. 5. Proximity to food: There are numerous cafes, pastry spots, and several restaurants within 10 minutes walk."
