"We booked this hotel because it was advertised to be .3 from Truist Park. It is not. We were going to walk to the game from the hotel. Instead took an uber. Was very disappointed in this hotel. Will never stay there again"

I had this room booked for a month and when I arrived after a long day of driving, there was no physical person there, only a lady on a computer screen telling me that our room was canceled, and she couldn't tell us how or why. The Hotels.com ap did not show my reservation was canceled, nor did I receive a cancelation email. I contacted Hotels.com and they said it was not canceled on their end. The same thing happened to the couple trying to check in before us. No rooms avaliable. No manager to speak to. The place was deserted. Zero customer service. Don't waste your time booking here."
