"Great location on Murano...there's a vaporetto station right in front.
The breakfast buffet (28 euros if it isn't part of your room rate) is massive.
We had a quirky room where the slanted ceiling made it difficult for one person to get out of bed, but otherwise it was fine.
My only complaint: they have a fruit-infused container of water just off the lobby. It was frequently empty, with stacks of used glasses and no clean ones. That needs to be monitored and refreshed more frequently.
Staff was marvelous. They supplied whatever we asked for and helped arrange a water taxi to the airport. They have a water taxi to the airport (22 euros, I think), but it doesn't start until 8:30am; if your flight is before 11am, you likely will need the public water taxi or a private one. Allow plenty of time; Marco Polo can be a zoo, with some long walks to gates."
