"This is a decent and clean hotel. Overall the stay was good, excellent staff. My biggest issue is the the lack of refrigerator in the room, the non-working Alexa system, the broken door handle that had to be repaired at my request. The general area is good and safe and the hotel has nice security guards that are serious."

"Overall: The hotel was still navigating the growing pains of being newer. I only stayed 24 hours, so take this with a grain of salt. Staff: Check-in staff seemed flustered, overnight staff were warm and friendly. Restaurant staff were dismissive but seemed to be managing the whole room. Everyone was accommodating. Food: Restaurant meal was delicious and service was pretty quick. Overall, the staff was the mor"

"This low key and comfortable hotel is located adjacent to the high rise where the US passport Atlanta is located. I came to overnight to process my passport in person. It was convenient and hassle free. I also came on the MARTA train direct from the airport. The MARTA Peachtree Station is located across the street. I arrived as a late checkin but the hotel checked me in quickly and my room was so very comfortable. It was a short night since I wanted to be at the passport office early but I left my personal items in the room. I was able to wait out the expedite service for my passport which was ready before the checkout time. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in similar situations who need a short layover in Atlanta. This property has great location and is convenient to mass transit."
