Hotels.com does not support you with any refund, they don‘t care that they have properties on their website which doesn‘t exist. "The property is at the middle of nowhere. It is a really nice place but the roads going there from the airport is terrible. It is very rough road, nothing to do , it is at the middle of farm land. At night , no security, no on call staff to assist for emergencies. We had a leak in the bathroom closer to 10 pm - no one showed up to help us fix the problem."
