I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response. "A good, clean hotel with excellent service! There is a beautiful view of the beach! Breakfast was good, but dinner was not tasty. The only downside was the lack of a restroom near the reception—very strange for a hotel of this class, and it was quite inconvenient having to walk so far to use the facilities. Another major issue was that the air in the restroom was unbreathable due to an excessive amount of chemical air freshener; the chemical odor was so strong it stung the eyes—it felt like one could actually suffer from toxic poisoning from the fumes! Everything else was good."

"Our stay at Bahala Na Villas was truly wonderful! The staff were attentive, friendly, and so easy to communicate with—just a WhatsApp message away. The only downside is that it’s a little farther from town proper, around 20 minutes away, although it’s conveniently only about 10 minutes from the airport. Thankfully, they have their own tricycle service that we could easily message whenever we needed a ride, which made getting around very convenient. I’d also like to commend Ate Mimi and Kuya Mac for going above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. They truly made our stay extra special. One small incident actually made me appreciate the place even more. I paid a ₱2,000 cash deposit at check-in and completely forgot about it when we checked out. Since a different person assisted us at checkout, it was understandably overlooked. I only remembered when we were already at the airport. I messaged them, and they immediately returned the deposit through GCash without any issue. They could have easily ignored it, but they didn’t—and that really says a lot about their honesty and integrity. El Nido was magical, and Bahala Na Villas made the experience even more special. The location was a small trade-off, but the hospitality and overall experience more than made up for it. Definitely recommend!"

The staff are amazing and so very attentive, bar staff were amazing and attentive, food was top notch and our beach front villa amazing! Housekeeping came twice a day and really did a phenomenal job! Cauayan is top notch from pick up in El Nido to the return to El Nido . Spa ladies were great and our 2 hour massages so amazing! Resort offers free kayaking and mask and snorkels to use during your stay!"

"這次跟朋友一起來這裡度假，整體感覺真的蠻放鬆的。這裡的環境很安靜，離市區有段距離，剛好可以徹底避開人潮。我們住的雙層別墅空間滿大的，一樓有獨立的客廳，大家晚上可以聚在一起聊天吃東西，感覺很像在自己家裡一樣自在。也有泳池和健身房可以去，餐廳選擇較少。不過如果只是想跟朋友待在海邊放空，這裡真的是個很舒服的地方。"

"這次入住Nacpan Beach Glamping真的開了眼界。整個度假村被滿滿的熱帶椰林和綠意包圍，環境非常清幽放鬆。我們住的豪華蓮花帳篷空間比想像中大很多，佈置得很有質感，冷氣也很強，完全不用擔心悶熱。走出帳篷就是絕美的Nacpan金色沙灘，走到海邊只要幾步路，隨時都能去看夕陽。早餐選擇挺豐富的，現做的餐點搭配新鮮水果吃得很滿足。如果想要暫時遠離塵囂、好好親近大自然，這裡真的是個很棒的選擇，晚上還能感受到很chill的營火氛圍。"
