As we checked out the person who was trying to fix and reset panel showed-up 7 hours later and no one knew where the FCAP was. Its ironic how the man who checked us in at the front counter who I would pick as the manager over all, knew where it was but was already off shift change and the new person knew nothing and said that person was on lunch. The recap is the man who checked us in, knew the property, took control of the situation, guided hotel workers and firemen to solve a situation that could have emptied the property. It was a life safety event that could have cost Marriott a good amount of money. The property was great, the man who checked us in went above and beyond his title and made me think Marriott is a great place to stay."
