"Everything was great but.......the pictures of the room were greatly misrepresented. If they have the rooms that are pictured we surely were not in one. In short everything was good but we did not receive the room I thought I was paying for."

"I would stay there again and longer if I had know it was such a great place, it's only a 20 minute drive to cades cove main gate. If you like to walk or run, the townsend main walking and bike trail is in the front yard, its close enough to the gas stations and eatery in townsend that its only a two minute drive to the main ones. Beds would be my only grip, they had spring mattresses and not foam, but still slept great on them."

"Location is beautiful and great spot for beautiful views of the Smokey mountains. Beds were comfortable. Space was comfortable. Hotel is aged and in terms of cleanliness was average. It is in the wilderness and bugs etc are to be expected on balcony. Hotel did warn of little bugs and to let them know. Pool is wonderful for kids. Bears in parking lots which was exciting to see but take their warnings about protecting your vehicle and be aware of surroundings. This was a highlight of our trip! I recommend this location."
