"Loved this little property! Super adorable and was a peaceful space to stay. Great outdoor areas. It had little touches in the unit like coffee and bottled water. I would def stay again and recommend to others. Great location out of all the congestion of pigeon forge. "

"This is an older property that had been previously remodeled. However the room smelled like cigarette smoke and overall didn’t seem the cleanest like the pictures prospective. It’s also not really what I consider a walkable to the downtown area. It’s a very steep hill and it should be added to be very aware of BEARS!! "

"The property “looks” nice, but was infested with bedbugs. We didn’t complete our stay and left in the middle of the night. No reviews should have been a sign, but now here is one that should give you actual peace of mind by telling you not to rent.
The property management company agreed to a refund that was also a slap in the face to go along with the bedbugs. Do not rent! "

"I liked the nature & wildlife experience. Fair price point for the space for our (10) guest.
I didn’t like the overall condition of the property. Broken & outdated appliances. Poor & unsafe outside lighting/parking.
Non-functional or broken interior window/door locks, kitchen drawers. The cleaning crew was still there 30 minutes AFTER our check-inn time. Denied early-check inn. Denied late-check out."

"My wife and I loved this property! Each house there has varying view angles of the mountains and city below, and we were very impressed with how amazing it looked. It was also very clean and felt like a home away from home. It’s also surprising how close you are to the city of Gatlinburg and the national park trails. The only problem we experienced was getting a text/email with instructions on how to enter the property. I had to contact the company the day before our trip, and they confirmed that I should have gotten an email/text, but I did not. But they sent it while I was on the phone with them and immediately resolved the problem. Despite this very small issue, the whole experience this property enabled us to have was beyond expectations and we would love to visit again in the future! "
