We then had to keep trying to contact the host via the concierge of the building as their communication was very poor. It took over an hour before they eventually told me to go to alternative accommodation about 20 mins away by taxi."

"No communication whatsoever the ad posted was a scam. There are at least four buildings. They didn’t state what build the room was in. There’s no email address to contact them and nobody answered the phone number. I do not recommend staying at this place."

Now i did wish i new it wasn't the best as a foreigner to walk around outside much, so if your looking to do so maybe consider closer to MOA but if you don't mind taking a grab to go places when you leave this place is definitely in the budget. "Do not purchase, scam property listing. Booked on 26/12 for 20-21/1 and they constantly ignored my correspondence. A hotel manager tried to contact them for me and they said they couldnt find a booking under my name. The manager then tried other hotels, to no avail. Currently in the process of having this stay refunded as I decided to get a last-minute hotel at a much nicer hotel next to Popeyes"

"Very disconnected communication from this running the listing, those on WhatsApp, and those who will greet you and check you in at the property. None of these different people knew info from the other. Cleanliness of the place especially the washroom, was weird smell in kitchen, and no toiletries provided either."
