Staff were polite and helpful. I may have missed it in the pictures, but the bed was on a raised platform. For a short person, it made it hard to get into the bed. No chair in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well.

well the hotel was in a great spot parking right across the street. nice bathroom but the room looked a little crazy with the wall paper. out side of the its a cool place to lay your head for the night but would not do it for more then a night.

I would stay here again! My two kids and I stayed for 4 nights…my son is 6’3” and I mention because although the “triple” room we stayed in was very small, we were decently comfortable. My 10yr old and I share the king bed and my son took the twin bunk. There is no space to walk around the bed and my son made a point of saying that if we had to live in such a space it would be very sad, but we were there for a good time not a long time and we literally only needed space to sleep and shower! We were out the room by noon each day and didn’t return until 11p or 12a. The room was clean the bathroom was nicely appointed..I can’t stay anywhere that’s not nice..I notice everything and get creeped out easily. This place didn’t creep me out so we were good! It does need a few cosmetic touch ups here and there but overall it was a Win for us. The location couldn’t have been better..we were able to get everywhere we wanted quickly and easily..trains are steps away and we walked to so many nearby attractions. And for being in Times Square, I could never tell..our little corner room was tucked away and it was SO QUIET. I was worried about choosing a place so close to such busyness and noise but we slept soundly and I never heard any outside (or inside) noise. I was truly grateful for that! Water was complimentary as well which I appreciated!

Wallpaper in room torn off; remote for tv would not turn tv off or turn volume on and it blared all night and I could not call the front desk because their phones were not in service. The next morning I told the front desk and they said they would get it fixed. When I returned, the TV was off but the remote would not turn it back on.
