"Clean hotel, staff super friendly and very attentive.
Hotel has surprises during the day.
However the room was available that we left our luggage inside 2 hs earlier and they said we will received a text when was ready and never received it. "

"This was perfect for our stay on Gili T! It’s a bit farther from the more clubby spots, so there’s a little more peace and quiet while still having plenty of dining and activity options (like snorkeling equipment and bike rentals) super close by. There is also an ATM and medical place right next door. We saw SO MANY turtles and had a great time lounging by the beach. Special shoutout to Regy for keeping us fed and hydrated on our all-day beach lounging day! :)
We also used the laundry service and our clothes came back on time, smelling lovely, and crisply folded!"
"I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It was $180 a night this included a breakfast of fresh juice, coffee, fresh main cooked breakfast off the menu and a pastry. Our rooms was immaculate and beautifully designed. The food and drinks are the best we’ve had in Bali so far. The adults only vibe and being just away from the hustle and bustle was well worth. The most beautiful sunset and pool area. Staff were very helpful and it was only 50,000 for a bike hire for 12 hours. We will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Gili T. Only thing I found was the bed and pillows was a bit hard but this is very common in Indonesia."
"The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours.
Food was good with enough variety. The team will check if we are comfortable with our orders. The same goes with the reception and spa. Special call out to Dina, Wulan and a few whom we didn't get the name. Always huge smiles on their faces. Rooms were new, clean and quiet enough. They provided ear plugs for the muslim prayers. Very thoughtful. Will be good to have better lighting in the master bedroom in the 2 bedroom villa. It was very dim and not conducive for reading. A gym will be great too!"
