Room was clean, somebody even cared enough to add descriptions to light switches so you know which switch does what, there was a water dispenser in the living room and a movie available to watch. "The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours.
Food was good with enough variety. The team will check if we are comfortable with our orders. The same goes with the reception and spa. Special call out to Dina, Wulan and a few whom we didn't get the name. Always huge smiles on their faces. Rooms were new, clean and quiet enough. They provided ear plugs for the muslim prayers. Very thoughtful. Will be good to have better lighting in the master bedroom in the 2 bedroom villa. It was very dim and not conducive for reading. A gym will be great too!"
"We had a wonderful stay at Qunci Villas. We were upgraded from a sea view room to room 23, which had fantastic views. Food was fabulous, spa treatments very good.
Due to travel problems we had to stay an extra night in another room in the garden area and at the far side of the resort. The room was lovely, but the noise from the local mosque was quite intrusive, especially at 5.10am! Earplugs were offered and of course local customs have to be respected, but if we had booked 4 nights in that room we would have been most disappointed.
