"Check in is infuriating. You cannot talk to a real person, you have to use the kiosk. Only when that doesn't go well, then you can talk to a real person who should have helped you in the first place. Room wasn't ready on time, then when it was 'ready' it wasn't actually clean. "

"Perfect location on the strip. The hotel is connected to the Linq Promenade and the High Roller. Both of the pools were a great time. I highly suggest a daybed at the family pool for $50 plus drink minimum. By the way, the drink minimum is not a problem if you were planning on buying drinks at the pool anyway you will definitely meet the minimum between two people. If you have a family not an issue. It’s a bargain."

"we checked in on the 16th and i did a 765 dollar upgrade to a fountain view room on the 18th floor. no one bothered to tell me the fountains were not working. we were ther from thursday until sunday morning and never once saw what we thought had paid for. had we known the fountains were not funtioning would havve not paid the upgrade fee.will certainly question staying there again"
