The next morning, as I set out for an early walk, I was lucky enough to join a large family of about thirty monkeys on the first leg of my hike. They moved calmly and peacefully through the forest, completely at ease with my quiet presence. It was a magical and truly unique experience. Beyond the wildlife encounters, everything at Maya Ubud was exceptional. The meals were consistently delicious, the resort grounds were immaculate and lush, and the service was flawless — attentive without being intrusive. Each evening brought beautiful traditional entertainment that perfectly complemented the atmosphere. Maya Ubud is a place where nature, culture, and comfort come together effortlessly. "A briiliant stay at Amora boutique! All staff were very friendly& helpful, the rooms were comfy and stylish and the food delicious. Meli went above and beyond to make this stay special. She made a printed card in Balinese with visuals to explain my allergies so I could show to restaurants when going out. Lastly, the petal bath, massage and afternoon tea was delightful! Would definitely stay here again. "
