Ha sido una estancia perfecta. Andy y Simone se preocuparon de hacernos una estancia muy cómoda y el snorkel que hicimos fue sencillamente espectacular. Una muy buena elección. Si podemos repetiremos sin lugar a dudas! Hotel perfecto para todo tipo de familias y gente que quiera desconectar y relajarae.

水平線が見えるお部屋

今回4泊しました、バンガロータイプのお部屋でした。初めは海が見にくいお部屋でしたが、リクエストしたら快く聞いてくださり一番上の部屋に変更してもらえました。そこからの景色は水平線が見えて毎日素晴らしいサンセットが見れました！

trifft hier voll zu! Die kleine, liebevoll gepflegte Anlage, sowie das unglaublich freundliche Personal machen den Aufenthalt im Thalassa Dive Resort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Die Tauchspots waren super, ebenso die Guides und die Bootcrew. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Friendly dive resort in beautiful surrounds

Ecofriendly dive resort. Great location for diving and snorkelling (but not for walking around to explore North Sulawesi - needed to drive other places). 20min boat ride to the "house reef" wall around Bunaken. For an inexperienced diver, the guides were patient and helpful, and took great photos of turtles & marine life for me. The cook was very obliging, although took a while for them to understand "gluten free" for my friends who were travelling with me. The Dutch owner, Simone, was lovely and interested in her guests. She employed local staff which her vocational school had trained in hospitality and guiding. Lighting in rooms and lounge area were a little dark - cosy atmosphere, but not great for reading.

海沿いに位置しており、ホテル内部に港があるので、ダイビングにすぐ行ける環境。今回初めてダイビングを体験したのですが、しっかり教えてもらって、楽しむことができました。

スタッフがフレンドリーなダイビングリゾート

今回２回目の滞在でしたが、とにかくリゾートスタッフがフレンドリーでいつも楽しく過ごしています。部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。

Preis-Leistung stimmen nicht!

Wir hatten dieses Hotel für 3 Tage als Abschluss unseres Urlaubs gebucht. Es sollte nochmal etwas Besonderes sein. Leider wurden wir enttäuscht. Bungalow mit Meerblick - hier ließ sich ein winziges Dreieck zwischen den Bäumen ausmachen. Das Reinigungspersonal verbringt die Mittagspause auf der Terrasse eines nicht vermieteten Bungalows. Da die Bungalows im Halbkreis, relativ dicht nebeneinander angeordnet sind, hat man also viel von der lauten Unterhaltung. Das geht gar nicht, das Gäste und Hotelpersonal gleichermaßen "abhängen". Das Essen reichte von miserabel bis durchschnittlich. Bei Stromausfall (das kann ja immer mal passieren), stellte man uns das Abendessen im Dunkeln vor die Nase. Es brannte gerade mal eine kleine Kerze auf dem Tisch. Wir sahen nichts vom Essen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurden weitere Kerzen gebracht. Unserer Meinung kein wirklich schlechtes Hotel, aber eben auch nur Mittelklasse.

「おもてなし」を受けました

チェックイン時からいろいろと配慮を受けました。飛行機の時間に合わせたアーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウトの外にスタッフ全員から暖かい対応をしてもらえました。妻の希望でのんびりすることがメインだったので、ダイビングは勿体ないながら２日間４本だけしか潜りませんでした。次回行くときはダイビングでもいろいろなポイントに潜りたいと思います。総じてスタッフのみなさんから日本ばりの「おもてなし」を受けました。
