Our complete experience was terrific! All areas of the hotel were spotless. The rooms were very nice and comfortable with the TV which we didn’t watch much was very good and the wifi was stable. The breakfast was fantastic with a great assortment enough to please everyone no matter what they preferred for breakfast. The staff kept the serving plates full and were always there to help and even get for you anything you wanted. I can’t say enough about how well the staff at breakfast and as well anywhere else in the hotel were fantastic. The people cleaning the room was great and always checked with us to make sure everything is the room was ok and if we needed anything. All was fantastic. Thank you very much for a great visit.

Nothing was terrible, food and room were average, service was very good. Overall, it's a bit below the usual Four Points standard. Main complaint is that the windows are poor so there was a lot of street noise in our room and it made it difficult to sleep. So, it wasn't awful but next I wouldn't stay there again.

A very comfortable and spacious room with a great bed. Quiet, relaxing and a view of the sea. For an international chain, the TV channel selection is quite outdated (no streaming option or major movie channel) but other than that a very enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was excellent with so many variety. Service is excellent. They are fast when you request service. The bathroom’s towel hangers fell off and not replaced. The drawers could be taken care off better. They are hard to open and close. Walking distance to the mall. Overall it was a good stay.

Good hotel- great breakfast

It was fine - the breakfast was excellent, and generally the staff were very friendly. The hotel is starting to look a bit tired, and a few things did not work as well as they probably should, but this is only a minor gripe. The bar was a little disappointing- they advertised local craft beers, but this turned out to be Heineken (brewed locally) and their ability to make cocktails was restricted by a lack of some key ingredients, but again this was not a big issue (we would only have spent more money with them had they been better stocked…. so probably for the best).

The location next to the mall is great, easy to find foods. the check in process could be more efficient. room is rather small. the maintenance of the property/facility is poor. breakfast with a lot of food variety but the quality and the presentation could be improved. i sat for breakfast this morning, most napkins were not straight, made people suspect if they were clean? no cups on my table. room service quite pricy, yet was not matched by the quality. Staff are hospitable both at ground floor, and lobby area/dining area. I commend the staff especially on ground floors.

The hotel is ideally located right next to, or perhaps even a part of, a large shopping mall where we were able to get to a variety of venues. It included many eating areas as well as higher class department stores and a large supermarket where we were able to purchase many snacks and even inexpensive clothing. The staff at Four Points are mostly very friendly and courteous. There were a few exceptions to that however, but nothing to complain about. Room stewards were great and did their room service very well and with courtesy. The staff at the front entrance were exceptionally friendly and always greeted with a smile and help if we had shopping parcels. A couple negatives are that the air conditioning in the room was extremely cold and would not adjust. After requests to the check in desk an engineer promptly came and adjusted the system. Nevertheless the temperature setting seemed to be erratic and needed daily fiddling. Also inside the main entrance is a small seating area but the seats need a good clean. While they do not look dirty, the cloth coverings on the seats smell strongly of sweat. Would I stay at Four Points again? Most definitely! While there were some things that could be improved there were many positives and the stay was very enjoyable.
