Just coordinate with Jacky via whatsapp before arriving and he will get everything sorted for you and guests. 5 individual rooms, each capable of sleeping 3-4 peeps (maybe even more), with their own ensuite bathrooms (no rushing and fighting!), this is separated from another individual room which is much bigger and can sleep another 6! "We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious with two bathrooms. The views from our room were great. There are multiple swimming pools to choose from, the view from the rooftop pool was extraordinary! The gym is large and well equipped with an awesome view of the pool while you workout. All the staff were friendly and helpful, we had no troubles at all. The location is also great, walking distance to two big shopping malls, various restaurants and of course the fabulous Petronas Towers. We had a fabulous stay, we absolutely recommend staying here!"

"As I stayed for 2 night with 5 rooms, my room 913 had housekeeping request but the standard of making up the bed was appalling. The bedsheets was crumbled a d the co.forter was just slip to cover the bed. The housekeeping personnel was a young foreign Indian male. As a frequent traveller for my line of work, this bed making standard is far from a 5 star hotel protocol. On a strong note, your front desk staffs were excellent . Just an honest feedback"

"Most enjoyable stay for so many reasons. While the property is a bit dated, it is very well maintained. It is rather out of the way, but the fact it is nestled between the sea in the front and forest behind, I did not mind the drive. You can experience either the serenity of the sea or sounds of the forest, depending on the chalet you choose to stay in. Housekeeping is excellent, services offered is extensive, food quality and options are amazing, staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. Many small things like loanable amenities, having two sinks in the bathroom, refillable minibar, generous bathroom, no plastic bottles used, balcony with a sunset view, ever present security guards etc. made our stay so very memorable."
