"Poorly maintain building. Stain on bedsheet. The toilet flush did not work all the time. The teaspoon was sticky and cups have stains. The two sachets of instant coffee were hard and chunky. "Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and we were even upgraded to a higher floor with a great view. The outdoor pool is a standout feature, offering an unbeatable view of the Twin Towers. The staff were fantastic, always on hand to help with directions or coordinate our transport. A perfect choice for a stay in Malaysia!"
