"Except for minor glitch at the time we were checking in. We were assigned to the 24th floor the elevator stopped due to power failure thank God the door was open. Had to wait 30 minutes before we got to our room. CJ the hotel rep was very apologetic though. Otherwise it's been a pleasant experience. The staff had been friendly and courteous . CJ made sure our stay is comfortable. Ryan the housekeeper did a good job cleaning our room. Although there were days they did not clean the room"

"Good option for Makati in front of two beautiful parks and within walking distance from Greenbelt 5 shopping centre. Room was ok but with noisy appliances. "

"As convenient as the location is, the service was just horrible! We were forced to stay into a nearby hotel by the manager because according to them, they didn't get the reservation despite the confirmation from expedia. The second day was okay because we had all the fresh supplies like towels and such. Come the next day, it was just hard to get a hold of the staff that's supposed to replace our towels or clean the room. So, we ended up just giving up and buying the stuff we need outside -...
