"Stayed here with wife and kids - 10 & 13 - for our trip to universal. Great location, shuttle bus service to theme park was convenient room was clean and staff super friendly. Would def stay here again "

"I enjoyed staying at this property. The staff was great, the rooms were clean, and they had multiple pools with bars. I didn’t try the resort water park, but I’m sure it was top notch as well. I also liked the price, especially with all of the amenities that were included. Only issue was the price of the items in the convenience store that is located on the resort. Luckily there is a Walmart.5 miles down the road."

"Overall, a great spot and close to Epic Universal , a cab ride was only $6 . The property does provide free shuttle . My family and I like to walk so we walked to a few local restaurants and rented scooters as a family. "

"Everything was up to par except for the beds, I didn’t get a good rest at all. The beds literally gave me cold chills, the blankets are like paper. If you’re ok with that then by all means I would say stay, but that alone I would not return. "
