"Not sure where you got the name Sarah, but that is my mother and she has passed away. The hotel is very nice and I loved the walk over the water, it was so refreshing. The problem I had was that I found a roach in the bathroom when I was getting dressed and all that I was enjoying about the room went from really good to terrible. I dressed as fast as I could and waited downstairs until it was time for me to leave. I enjoyed talking with the employees at the front desk. They were very helpful with the questions I asked. Would I stay there again, I really cannot say yes to that. Unfortunately it only takes one bug and I am out of there. Hope you can take care of that situation."

"I was a bit concerned when I saw construction in front of the building, but when we got to our floor & room, I was in shock. The hotel smells and looks clean, and the room was up to par. Everything was very modern and our stay was very comfortable."

"The hotel is in the process of renovating so the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable but it looks like a motel honestly and the walls are thin . I heard the other guests on both sides . "

"Horrible. Rooms look like a crime scene. Sheets was stained with blood . I had to go to walmart and buy a blow up bed n sheet. That's how nasty that place is. Elevator sounds broken. It had no maintenance check on it since 2019. "
