"Not sure where you got the name Sarah, but that is my mother and she has passed away. The hotel is very nice and I loved the walk over the water, it was so refreshing. The problem I had was that I found a roach in the bathroom when I was getting dressed and all that I was enjoying about the room went from really good to terrible. I dressed as fast as I could and waited downstairs until it was time for me to leave. I enjoyed talking with the employees at the front desk. They were very helpful with the questions I asked. Would I stay there again, I really cannot say yes to that. Unfortunately it only takes one bug and I am out of there. Hope you can take care of that situation."

"I was a bit concerned when I saw construction in front of the building, but when we got to our floor & room, I was in shock. The hotel smells and looks clean, and the room was up to par. Everything was very modern and our stay was very comfortable."

"Horrible. Rooms look like a crime scene. Sheets was stained with blood . I had to go to walmart and buy a blow up bed n sheet. That's how nasty that place is. Elevator sounds broken. It had no maintenance check on it since 2019. "
