"This hotel was amazing. We had a great view of the harbor with two large windows and watched the cruise ships dock, and was so excited to track ours, the Sapphire Princess as it came into port. The porters took our luggage at the front door until our room was ready, (we were early by 3 hours but got our room right away) then when it was cruise time they took our luggage to the ship for us. Absolutely perfect weather while in Vancouver, we loved our 3 days there."

"This hotel was great to stay at! It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient to everything downtown. The rooftop and sauna area was quiet and relaxing. I was bummed out that the hot tub was out of order during my stay. The only thing I did not like was the shower head in my room was a bit wonky...it seemed to have a leak, so it was spraying extra water from the sides and it was getting the bathroom floor and top of the toilet all wet and the shower curtain wouldn't stay fully closed on that side. Other than that, I had a great stay and will definitely stay here again in the future! "

"The shuttle was conveniently located at the airport for pick up and arrived within 15 minutes. Walking distance to the Tim Hortons, PetSmart and Michael’s. This is a pet friendly hotel but I noticed they keep the pets on the lower floors. No pet noises on the 5th floor. Ice maker gets jammed and may spill out ice. The kitchenette comes with a sink!"
