Friendly checkin and then extra help once in the room. Location is great and a fine downtown view. Large clean room and kitchen with good am coffee. Nice restaurant with an easy reservation. There are events here so the elevators are busy peak times. Big city vibe outside the hotel including homeless.

The hotel is located very close to the Vancouver Convention Centre and plenty of nearby restaurants. The rooms were very clean, offering a beautiful harbor view, and the service was great.
