"Great hotel about a 10 minute walk AFTER you get off the elevator from the trains or getting luggage …. Great staff super helpful! I’d def suggest upgrading to the superior rooms … I had a standard one at 1st its pretty bare bones :( Superior room for a small fee more is a fridge and nicer room almost like a Hilton …. Only flaw was cleaning staff was so rude to me. The blond on floor 7 on 11/20/25… I’m mixed race and was blow drying my hair and it can make a smell the heat on thicker hair and she made the nastiest face and asked me what that was and was super rude after that as well… Don’t appreciate that kind of treatment as I can’t help heat smell on my kinda hair …. other than that, this hotel is GREAT xxxxxxx"

"Perfect location for a night before flying out from Heathrow. Hotel is kept in great condition, and they offer free snacks & drinks on certain week nights which is great! Rooms are big as they're all suites, so it's a perfect spot!"
