"Having stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, I can say this was by far the most disappointing stay. The bed and room were on the small side and uncomfortable."

"Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!"
