"We enjoyed our brief stay here. The room was compact but comfortable and extremely convenient to eateries and walking distance to the Tower Bridge and other landmarks. We ate at the pub across the alley for dinner which appeared to be mostly locals, which was a nice experience. We would stay here again."

But, the customer service, especially Alberto, went above and beyond with their service.
