"Our stay here was fabulous. We enjoyed the terrace suite with the Jacuzzi on the deck. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the ladies at the spa were wonderful. The people at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Happy made sure that we had everything we needed and had good recommendations for what we were looking for in the neighborhood. The only thing I would mention is that if you are a light sleeper, staying in a room with an outside deck may not be quiet enough. But that is true for a lot of properties in the Old Quarter. It’s really really busy there so it’s also never really quiet. We were fine, slept amazing. However, something to consider if that’s an issue for yourself. Thank you for our wonderful day. We would definitely come back."

"This is a small, boutique hotel, it is comfortable, with a small indoor pool and small gym. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is okay, with a few option's, restaurant is linited in the evening. Location is convenient, for old quarter and train street, but not a 'glamorous' area like French qtr. Thia hotel though is defined by its staff who are absolutely wonderful... they are 6 star!"

"I had an amazing experience with Ha Noi Royal palace hotel, and I can’t thank them enough — especially Mr. Alex, who went above and beyond in every way. Although I wasn’t in Vietnam at the time, Mr. Alex helped me plan a surprise birthday celebration for my mom during her Halong Bay cruise. He took care of everything — from the coordination with the cruise team to making sure the cake and moment were just right. It meant so much to me to still be part of her special day even from far away. My mom was so surprised and touched! The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and in a great location. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. From travel arrangements to personal touches, their level of service was truly impressive. If you're visiting Hanoi, I highly recommend staying here and letting them help you with your tours and plans. "The highlight of our stay is Le Club Bar.Let’s start with the afternoon tea. Mr. Thach took excellent care of us. He was incredibly polite, thoughtful and professional. After the perfect afternoon tea, we could hardly wait to come back for evening cocktails. At the evening cocktail hour, we met the lovely Ngoc and the charming Tuan. They were so warm and approachable that we felt like we were with old friends we’d known for years, while remaining impeccably professional at the same time. Ngoc noticed every little need we had and never let our glasses stay empty. The cocktails Tuan made were absolutely stunning. We especially loved how he ingeniously incorporated Vietnamese flavors into the recipes.Together with Mr Thach, they gave us the happiest happy hour. The experience was so wonderful that we simply must return here in the evening for a nightcap or two. The three of them once again made us feel as though we were being looked after in a friend’s home."
