"The hotel was in an ideal location with a 5 mins walk to Puerta Del Sol & Gran Villa and 10 mins to Plaza Mayor. The hotel was very clean. Rooms were excellent. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing as well. Very pleasantly surprised. Would 100% return. "

"The desk person was not really knowledgeable, it was my second time at Riu, I told her but the room she gave us was without view and small! Then I complaint to the manager who is a very efficient, professional with good customer service and with extreme courtesy he gave us a nice room with view. "
