The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean good for a couple, perfect location just 10-15 minutes walk to downtown, quite area, I was able to leave my luggage after the check-out. ATOCHA station was only 10min away perfect if you have to take a train to your next destination.

The receptionist, Eliana, was exceptionally friendly, helpful and good fun. Room was spotlessly clean, spacious and quiet. Free REAL coffee 24 hours in lobby was terrific. The location is wonderful as it’s a quick walk from the train station and not far to walk to anything tourist related. The check in was fine but immediately told that for both nights there that there was a water issue. No hot water. Wouldn’t be fixed until after we left. The room was clean and well made up however the air conditioning didn’t work at all and it’s loud all throughout the night so couldn’t leave a door open. If there was a guarantee of hot water and working air condition, would stay again, otherwise not happy that we paid full price for amenities we didn’t get.
